I ordered these liners from Acton as they appear to be the best deal anywhere online for such a great pair of liners. Low price, shipping was quite inexpensive. I could have gotten a discount of almost $5 had I bothered to check my email for the discount code but no problem to begin with since the price is amazing. These are noted as being replacements for Raider-Fighter boots but since I have winter boots from other brands, I thought I'd take a chance on these to see if they would suffice. My first brand as an option and why I ordered these size 12's was for Kamik size 12's. The Kamik type of boot comes with the cheap, dark blue felt liners. Replacements from that company are way more than what I purchased from Acton's. Those usually work for about 1 to 2 winters and then the heels start to shred. Horrible construction for something that should last for many years seeing as how all one does is to slide their foot in or out and the liners often remian inside the boots at all times. Since my Kamiks were size 12, I took the chance. The Raider-Figher ones are amazingly thick and with layers and they ended up being too tight-in the boot but when tried on my foot outside of the boot, a true size 12.. I imagine I could have ordered a size 11 to fit inside the Kamik 12's and I just might end up doing this for the same Raider liners. Since they didn't work for the Kamiks, I then tried them on my Baffin Snowmonster winter boots, also size 12's. I plan on swapping them out during the upcoming winter so after an outing, I can dry whichever pair I used, over a day or two. The Raider's liners fit perfectly in Baffins and very similar to what my Baffins use anyway. Any quality snow boot uses well made liners that will hold up for years. So, although I mention competitors' brands and how I was able to use these ones for those instead, if some of you require replacements for any brand and the liners you find on this site are the same size, they'll probably work for you. I was aware that Acton allows free returns if necessary but I had made up my mind that no matter what, for the low price paid, I'm keeping these. In the past I've worn just liners around the house in the colder months as they're like larger slippers so they would have worked for that too, if they didn't fit in any of my boots. I will add this about quality and performance for such liners of multiple layers. For the better pairs of winter boots-any brand, when you add-in such liners, it's like walking on marshmallows. Feet still breath without much sweating and after many hours, my feet aren't as tired as they are when I wear the cheaply constructed types.
